Greetings from the Costa Rican ICPEN Presidency! The International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network will be celebrating its Annual Conference in San José, Costa Rica on February 28th and 29th 2012.

This Conference is the main venue for topics related to consumer protection. It allows an exchange of experience and knowledge on best practices and strategies from all member and partner agencies around the world.

This year, the Conference will focus on Consumer Empowerment.
